OPINION
{¶ 1} In this delayed appeal, defendant-appellant, Jesse Rodgers, appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, following jury trial, convicting him of two counts of Felonious Assault, felonies of the second degree, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2), each with an associated firearm specification, pursuant to R.C. 2941.145, and one count of Having Weapons while Under Disability, a felony of the third degree, in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(2), (A)(3), and (B). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the lower court.
