Pursuant to the authority conferred by the Delaware Constitution, 1 this Court has accepted certification of two questions of law propounded by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The questions accepted are as follows:(1) Are the administrative remedies provided by the Delaware Equal Accommodations Law, (6 Del. C. § 4501 et seq.) the exclusive remedies for a claim under that law?(2) If question (1) is answered in the negative, must a claimant nevertheless exhaust the extant administrative remedies before asserting a claim under the Delaware Equal…
