Appellant, Osmin Peraza, without an agreed punishment recommendation from the State, pleaded guilty to two separate offenses of aggravated sexual assault of a child less than fourteen years of age.1 The trial court assessed his punishment at confinement for twenty-five years for each offense, with the sentences to run concurrently.
