MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ZOUHARY, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction or, in the Alternative to Dismiss Based upon Forum Non-Con-veniens (Docket No. 16), to which Plaintiffs filed a Brief in Opposition (Docket No. 20), and Defendant filed a Reply Memorandum (Docket No. 21) and a Supplemental Memorandum (Docket No. 23). An Oral Argument was held on September 27, 2006. The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
