This case is before the court on appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Northeastern Division. On July 31, 1990, Terry D. Kennemer (“Appellee”) filed his petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Rocket City Federal Credit Union (“Appellant”) then filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay on August 21, 1990.
