The appellant, Johnny Stephens, was convicted of aggravated robbery and manslaughter. He was sentenced as an habitual offender to concurrent terms of 20 years for aggravated robbery and eight years for manslaughter. His appeal to the court of appeals was affirmed. Stephens v. State, 15 Ark.App. 352, 693 S.W.2d 64 (1985).…
