After a 2019 jury trial, Robert Derek Gialenios was convicted of malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony arising out of the shooting death of Bryan Overseth, the husband of Gialenios’ mistress. His amended motion for new trial was denied, and he appeals, asserting seven enumerations of error. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.1 1 The crimes occurred on January 21, 2017.
