In an action to recover damages for breach of contract and for a judgment declaring that the loss to the plaintiffs’ property is *903covered, under their insurance policy, the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golar, J.), entered September 20, 2004, as denied their motion for summary judgment against the defendant State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. on the issue of liability and granted the cross motion of the defendant State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
