Reversing.

While working in the mine of the Wakenva Coal Company at Hazard, Joe E. Deaton was killed by falling- slate on June 29, 1927. On July 13, 1927, his widow, Martha Deaton, and the company entered into a written agreement by which the company agreed to pay her the sum of $4,000, payable at the rate of $12 a week for 333 1/3 weeks. This was the maximum compensation payable under the act, and the agreement was approved by the 'Workmen’s Compensation Board.
