This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment for plaintiff for the sum of $420.00 with interest and costs entered on a verdict of a jury. Plaintiff sued upon an alleged oral contract between herself and defendant whereby she agreed to clean up a farm house into which she and her husband were moving for which services she was to be paid reasonable compensation. She prayed in her petition for $450.00 and the jury awarded her $420.00.
