*718Beth Sirchio, a coexecutor of the estate of her late mother (hereinafter the decedent), petitioned pursuant to SCPA 2103 and 2104 to direct her brother and coexecutor Howard Mankin, along with four family businesses, including the retail clothing store known as Aaron’s Fifth Avenue, Inc. (hereinafter Aaron’s), to deliver to her money in their possession, custody, or control which allegedly belonged to the estate.
