*57Appellee, Larry W. Bush, was charged by information with driving under the influence. The trial court dismissed a portion of the information. Intending to take an interlocutory appeal, the State filed a motion on October 3, 1988 requesting that the trial court extend speedy trial pursuant to Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 3.191(d)(2)(iv).
