ORDER
NORTON, District Judge.
This action is before the court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Enforce the Settlement Agreement and for Immediate Entry of Judgment Against Defendants.
I. Background
On September 11, 1998, Plaintiffs filed their Complaint against twenty-three Defendants, alleging that Defendants were unlawfully conducting an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations chapter of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, as amended, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68 (“RICO”).
