| ^Appellant Jeremy Summers appeals from the trial court’s dismissal of his lawsuit against the City of Gosnell and various city officials. Appellant filed a complaint against police officers Charlie Elmer Byrd and Robert Leon Lewis; Chief of Police Fred L. Roberts, Jr.; Mayor Dick Reams; and the City of Gosnell.
