—Appeal by the *422defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Corrado, J.), rendered July 28, 1994, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends that the prosecution failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt because the police did not recover the pre-recorded money which the undercover used to purchase cocaine, and found no additional narcotics on the defendant’s person or in the entranceway of his home.
