Plaintiffs Wausau Underwriters Insurance Company (“Wausau”) and Axis Specialty Insurance Company (“Axis”) filed a complaint (the “Complaint”) against defendants QBE Insurance Corporation (“QBE”) and Scottsdale Insurance Company (“Scottsdale”) for a declaration of rights under certain insurance policies and for monetary damages based on reimbursement allegedly due from a co-insurer.
