Vernea Douglas (Claimant) applied for unemployment benefits after she quit her job at Burlington Coat Factory. A deputy concluded that Claimant was ineligible for unemployment benefits, because she had voluntarily quit her job without good cause attributable to work or her employer. She appealed to the Appeals Tribunal of the Division of Employment Security, which affirmed the deputy’s decision.
