Mohammed Salim Ali, a citizen and native of Pakistan, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’s (“BIA”) order denying his motion to reopen removal proceedings. At his removal hearing, Ali conceded removability on several grounds, including his conviction in Georgia state court for child molestation, but sought relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). The immigration judge (“U”) denied withholding of removal under CAT, and the BIA affirmed.
