Following a jury trial in this condemnation proceeding instituted by the City of Kennesaw, a jury awarded $285,000 to condemnee Kenneth Clark. Clark’s motion for new trial as amended was denied, and he appeals. We find no error, and we affirm.

1. Clark contends that the trial court erroneously limited the scope of his testimony concerning the basis for his opinion of the value of his property.
