MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

McGARR, District Judge.

This is an action for damages resulting from the crash of a helicopter manufactured by the defendant and purchased by the plaintiff. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. Section 1332. Plaintiff is a British Columbian citizen with its principal place of business in Canada. Defendant is a Maryland corporation with its principal place of business in Maryland.
