Defendant, George Ristom, Jr., was indicted on May 4, 1990, for vehicular homicide, a violation of La.R.S. 14:32.1. After filing numerous pretrial motions, which were ultimately denied, defendant withdrew his not guilty plea and entered a conditional plea of guilty on August 12, 1991, reserving his right to seek review of pretrial motions pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976).
