In an action by the drawer of certain checks to recover moneys allegedly wrongfully paid by defendant drawee-bank on allegedly forged indorsements, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 8, 1971, which denied its motion for summary judgment. Order reversed, on the law, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion granted. Plaintiff is in the business of financing insurance premiums.
