In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for age discrimination, defamation, and prima facie tort, the defendant Tiffany *907Keckeisen appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Pines, J.) dated November 28, 2007, which denied her motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the fourth and fifth causes of action to recover damages for defamation and prima facie tort, respectively.
