MANTON, District Judge.

The complainant is a manufacturer of silver-plated ware. The defendant is engaged in a trading stamp business. On January 26 and May 5, 1916, plaintiff and defendant contracted, among other things, that the defendant might use the name “Rogers” in its corporate name in accordance with the terms of said agreement, and the defendant contracted to purchase the silver-plated ware of the plaintiff, and no other, in redeeming the trading stamps *179which it contracted to redeem for its various customers throughout the country.
