BARRON, Justice.
The plaintiff, Billy R. Ross, brought this action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S.C.A. Sec. 201-219) to recover overtime compensation for work he performed while employed by the defendant, J. H. Rose Truck Line, Inc., from November 12, 1964 until June 17, 1965.
