Verdict was originally returned in this case on October 25, 1913. Motion for new trial was duly filed and overruled on December 24, 1913, upon which date judgment was rendered upon the verdict. At the time of overruling the motion for new trial the court granted an extension of time in which to make and serve a case-made, and by subsequent orders extended the time to, June 5, 1914, allowing defendant in error ten days after the date of service in which to suggest amendments, and requiring three days’ notice of the time and place of settlement.
