These are actions in tort by defendants in error, plaintiffs below, to recover damages for injuries received in an automobile accident. Prom judgments in favor of plaintiffs, these appeals were taken.
The accident occurred on the evening of December 4, 1926, about 9 o’clock, when plaintiff Annie L. Slaybaugh was conducting her daughter, plaintiff Edith G.
