OPINION OF THE COURT

HUGH D. HAYES, Circuit Judge.

*157This is a Probate case in which the Court has determined that Wills were obtained through the use of undue influence. This is likewise a case that demonstrates the ultimately disastrous effects which result from the imperfect combination of vast financial resources, great avarice, and limited use of moral and intellectual capabilities.
