Plaintiff has appealed to this Court asking for a reversal of the decision denying bene*791fits issued by the Social Security Commissioner and upheld by the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The Court finds that the ALJ’s decision was not supported by “substantial evidence” and that the ALJ improperly rejected relevant evidence without providing specific articulable reasons for his rejection.
