Action by appellant against appellees.
The complaint is in two paragraphs, the first being an action in statutory form to quiet title to certain real estate in Gibson county and the second an action in ejectment involving the same real estate. Appellees filed a cross-complaint. The cause was put at issue by an answer in denial to the complaint and an answer in denial to the cross-complaint, and was thereafter submitted for trial to the court who, at the request of appellant, filed special findings of fact.
