Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Ulster County (Mizel, J.), entered March 21, 2007, which partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.

Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) were married in 1990, and two children, a daughter (born in 1991) and a son (born in 1993), were born of the union.
