The plaintiffs sue for the balance-due upon an account current stated and signed by Henry Waddington, at London, on the 1st of January, 1815. This account current is composed of mercantile transactions, arising during the year 1814, and consists, on the debit side, of cash paid, and of portage and commission charges; and on the credit side, of cash and bills received from or on behalf of the plaintiffs.
