OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Bruce E. Hammonds ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas revoking his community control.

{¶ 2} On June 9, 2005, pursuant to a plea bargain, appellant pled guilty to one count of theft, in violation of R.C. 2913.02, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, in violation of R.C. 2921.331, a felony of the fourth degree.
