These cases are being joined for decision as they involve the same issues of law.
Case No. 581-714, involving debtor, Priscilla Lynne Henderson, is before the Court on the Application of the Trustee, Jerome L. Holub, for an order requiring the Metro Regional Transit Authority to appear and show cause why the Order of this Court relating to a wage deduction should not be continued so long as Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan is in effect.
