MANTON, Circuit Judge.
The appellant arrived in the United States on the 8th of May, 1910. After a hearing before an immigration inspector on the 30th of May, 1912, he was deported for the reason that it was proved that he was. convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude, namdly, highway robbery, and sentenced to six years’ imprisonment in the city of Girgenti, Italy, on the 13th of February, 1895.
