Decedent died on July 17, 1933, leaving surviving him as his sole distributees, his widow, a brother, Albert, two sisters and twenty-six nephews and nieces, children, respectively, of four brothers and a sister. His will dated October 17, 1912, was admitted to probate in this court on March 20,1934. He appointed his wife executrix, and his brother-in-law, Frederick Egenlauf, executor and trustee of the trusts therein created, who, however, predeceased him.
