McCALEB, Justice.
Appellant was charged, tried and convicted of negligent homicide and sentenced to serve five years at hard labor in the State Penitentiary. During the trial he reserved seven bills of exceptions upon which he is relying on this appeal for a reversal of his conviction. 1
