This cause is before the court on the cross-appeals of the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway Company and the board of equalization from a judgment of the circuit court of Davidson county quashing an assessment of certain alleged localized property of the railroad, on account of vagueness and indefiniteness in. the description of the property assessed. The main controversy, however, presented on the record, is whether the property involved should have been assessed as localized or distributable property.
