The plaintiffs bring this action for the recovery of the possession of certain real estate, situate in that part of Hampton County which prior to the passage of the act establishing that county was located in Beaufort 'County. The complaint is in the usual form, and the defendant by her answer sets up first, a general denial of all the allegations of the complaint.
