The factual background that give rises to this lawsuit and the specific claims asserted by plaintiffs are discussed in detail in the Court’s opinion in Bellevue Drug Co. v. Advance PCS, No. 03-4731, 2004 WL 724490, 2004 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3627 (E.D.Pa. Mar. 2, 2004) and do not bear repeating here.
