This appeal comes from a decision of the circuit court denying a petition for certiorari to bring up and quash the order of the county board of education changing the boundary lines between School Districts 10 and 66 in Columbia County.
The petition was filed for the change of the boundaries between said districts on May 5, 1931, before the board of education, accompanied by a map showing the proposed changes.
