These eight consolidated cases are brought under the mechanics’ liens law by a labor union and by various funds to which employer remittances are required to be made under a collective bargaining agreement. Standing of the plaintiffs is the principal issue. We shall hold that each plaintiffs petition sufficiently reflects its standing to sue to withstand demurrer.
