FOURNET, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment homologáting, with the exception of certain items which were rejected in the lower court, a tutor’s account of the administration of community property in which his three minor children by a previous marriage had inherited their mother’s interest.

Stephana Fontano died intestate on January 5, 1931, leaving as her sole heirs three minor children, Santa, Dominico, and Anna Puma, - aged twelve, eight, and three years respectively, issue of her marriage to Filipo Puma, who also survived her. On July 17, 1931, Puma opened his wife’s succession,…
