The appellant, Lakeside Bridge & Steel Company, was engaged in constructing a nine-mile section of Highway No. 105 north from Atkins, and this suit was brought against it by the appellee, Duvall, for damages for alleged breach of contract, and a verdict was rendered in his favor for the sum of $500.
