Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Daniel FitzGerald, J.), rendered October 5, 1990, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the first degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 8 to 16 years, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant claims that the allocution was insufficient because it did not establish his guilt. The court read count one of the indictment, and defendant admitted to the truth of these allegations.
