This was an action brought by appellee against the appellant in quo warranto to recover the office of township trustee of McCameron township, Martin county, Indiana.
The issues consisted of a complaint in three paragraphs. They were numbered 1, 3 and 4. Originally there were four paragraphs, but the plaintiff dismissed the second. There was an answer in nine paragraphs; the first paragraph of answer was a general denial and the other eight paragraphs were affirmative.
