Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 15, 1976, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, plea vacated and case remanded to Criminal Term for further proceedings consistent herewith.
