Appellant appeals his conviction of voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault. He enumerates as error the denial of his motion for directed verdict and the trial court’s admission of photographs of the victim.

Appellant and Elfego Simon (“Simon”) were arrested and indicted for the murder of the victim. Prior to trial, Simon pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter and subsequently testified against appellant. The evidence adduced at trial reveals that in 1988, Simon lived in a trailer at a trailer park in Gainesville, Georgia, with the victim and several others. Simon…
