GLADNEY, Judge.

This suit was instituted by VeEtta Wim-bush as the curatrix of her husband, Robert Wimbush, against Eudoxie Jones, for the purpose of annulling a notarial act of sale executed on July 1, 1960, wherein Robert Wimbush conveyed eight acres of land for a stated consideration of $250.00. The grounds relied upon by plaintiff are twofold and charge that at the time of the sale her husband was mentally incompetent and, alternatively, the consideration received by vendor was less than one-half the value of the property.
