Joseph Winfred Conyers appeals his judgments and sentences for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He pleaded guilty to both counts after the trial court denied his dispositive motion to suppress the drug paraphernalia, a glass tube crack pipe. A police officer had seized the paraphernalia during a consensual patdown search of Mr. Co-nyers.
